Sarah Myburgh – Elopa North Shields and the Coast

Elopa is a regional bespoke estate agency and letting service aimed at giving a personal, hand holding experience at an affordable price. I am the local agent for Tynemouth and Whitley Bay, responsible for NE30, NE29 and NE26. I am the sole point of contact throughout the process and have an excellent knowledge of the area along with a strong understanding of properties and how they can market themselves either to sell or let. Because I operate online I can beat high street agent’s hands down on price, whilst beating them at service. All properties are advertised on Rightmove and Zoopla to name but a few and I also aim to bring more innovative ways of marketing properties such as live Facebook viewings.
