We will be starting at Castle Park, walking down Union Street, along Rupert Street, and stopping in the centre for a breather, and some words from some of our lovely friends…
We will then carry on past the fountains and on to College Green, where we can hear a few more lovely words, some songs, and share the love.

Please keep in mind, we want this to be a safe space for all.
There will be stewards with hi-viz jackets, please do follow their instructions as they will be working hard to keep you safe.
We’ll be marching for ourselves, each other, and those who are or have been unable to do so…
Let’s show everyone what kindness and compassion looks like…. Let’s rise up and show everyone how easy it is to treat everyone as equal…
Let’s march in solidarity and sisterhood!

Last year, Bristol took part in the global Women’s March Movement. We marched for equality and against fear, misogyny, and hate.
It was such a lovely, heartfelt, passionate, and inspirational march…
Let’s keep it going…
Let’s say #MeToo and #TimesUp.
Let’s shout out that we’re still not safe, still not healthy, and still a long, long, long way from being happy.
Let’s stand up and march for the women, girls, and those who identify as women who have been killed, those who have been physically, emotionally, financially, sexually, socially abused, those who live in fear, those who have been silenced, those who’ve been made to feel they have no choice…
There’s enough literature, TEDex videos, blogs, workshops, groups etc etc for people to be aware of the barriers and issues faced by women and girls.
It is 2018, 100 years since some women won the vote and we are still arguing for basic things.
The Time is Up for men in suits at the top.
