On Thursday 12th November 2015, for a fourth year running, Rock Against Violence will host an exciting evening of live music. Returning to Islington’s O2 Academy, this night to remember, will feature local bands selflessly helping raise much needed funds for Solace Women’s Aid, a leading charity in providing a range of support for women and children who are survivors of domestic violence and sexual violence.
This year’s lineup of 4 bands is set to be the best yet!
The night will be jam packed full of stunning live performances, a silent auction, featuring exclusive prizes, a fundraising raffle, and loads more!
Mary Mason, Chief Executive Officer at Solace Women’s Aid added:
“We’re really thrilled and grateful that these talented bands are all helping us campaign against domestic and sexual violence. There is such a widespread problem across the capital with thousands of women and children needing support. Gigs like these reach new audiences and most people know someone who’s affected by abuse so it has a very effective awareness raising function in letting women and young people know that there are services that can support them to be safe and recover”
