Aim: This course aims to enable participants to explore the process of resilience and gain strategies for the development and enhancement of resilience.

About this course: This FREE expert led one day workshop, will explore ways to empower clients recovery from the trauma of gendered violence. The day will provide an overview of resilience and other self-protective factors to enable clients to uncover strengths, and tap into their internal power base and restore control in life. The content is underpinned by strengths and evidence based theory, integrating contemporary clinical models from CBT, Positive Psychology and Narrative Therapy.
