The Maroon Ribbon Campaign is a growing support network for females working in the industry. Born out of the Ribbon & Rose, the emblem donated for the declaration of IWMD in 2008, acts as a symbol of hope for females working in all areas of the music industry, to encourage and empower vocation awareness to undertake less obvious roles across the board; regardless of color, ethnic origin, gender preference or religion. Help us to support females on their journey, whilst paving the way for generations to come.

Maroon Ribbon Campaign is on a mission to support females across the music industry and encourage the next generation to undertake vocational opportunities in all areas within the music industry.
We will work to ‘umbrella’ and connect female music organisations around the world and support the introduction of IWMD into calendars for shools, music organisations and educational systems.
The WIM Foundation will encourage the support of the campaign through the wearing of ribbons for March 28.
